To assess your suitability, initially we’d be interested to learn more about:
- Your management and commercial experience (in non-training roles)
- Your depth and breadth of training experience
- Your ‘hot spots’ – areas of particular training expertise (design and/or delivery)
- Your training style and approach – which will involve us observing you ‘live’
- Your enthusiasm, values and ‘fit’ with our business ethos
- Your professional qualifications and accreditations
