Why are you called ‘Creativedge’?

Because our style and approach is truly different, we chose a name to reflect this.

What’s your training like?

Engaging… we deliver highly-participative training that is practically-based and packed with insights, tips and techniques. Our reputation has been built upon our ability to deliver stimulating, relevant training that motivates participants to apply their learning. Sorry… no boring lectures here!

Who designs your courses?

We do… and to the highest standards! We don’t buy any so called ‘off the shelf’ ready-to-use training materials because we find they are so rarely of the quality we require.

Can you help me choose the right course for my team?

Yes… let us know a bit more about your people and what you’re aiming to achieve from the training and we’ll quickly and expertly guide you to identify your options.

Can you tailor a training course to our business?

Yes… and we’d want to! We work closely with you from the outset to understand your specific requirements, the people to be trained and clarify your measures of success. The final design is always agreed with you.

Can we adapt or 'mix & match' your training?

Yes… all our training is designed in a flexible, modular format which means that we can combine different topics to deliver exactly what you need. And with our 90 minute toolkit, you even can build your own tailor-made training days and programmes with different delivery methods.

Where can you deliver training?

Anywhere you want… within reason! This could be at your premises if you have a suitable training room or we are happy to help you find a great offsite venue for our classroom delivery, or anywhere around the world through our Virtual Classrooms.

How many people can attend your training courses?

This varies depending on the format of the training. Up to 20 participants can attend our 90 minute toolkit courses, whilst most bespoke one or two day courses typically take 12-14 people.

Who will deliver the training?

One of our highly-experienced trainers. Unlike some less reputable training companies, we only ever work with trainers we have personally approved which means we can assure you of their credentials and suitability to work with your organisation.

Can we get qualifications through your training?

Yes… as an ILM Accredited Centre we provide ILM qualifications in both the UK and Internationally. Qualifications can be delivered through either our 90 minute classroom or virtual training formats. More on ILM qualifications.

Can we get CPD points through your training?

Yes, as a CPD Accredited Centre all our courses delivered both face to face and virtually deliver CPD points/merits. Each 90 minute bite-size training course delivers 2 CPD points/merits. More on CPD.

Can you handle our course administration?

Yes… we can do as much or as little as you want us to. This could involve us booking venues, promoting the training, gathering nominations, issuing joining instructions and any pre-work, email reminders, providing a central contact point for your participants etc.

Do you provide any online training or resources?

Yes… we offer Virtual training where participants can experience our bite-size courses live and online, we also have our ‘Go Live’ Virtual training package to assist organisations delivering their own virtual training. In addition, we offer mobile learning through iLearn Connect, an online portal providing delegates with immediate access to Learning guides, Video Bites and Top Tips.

Do you measure the effectiveness of your training?

Yes… we take evaluation seriously and have developed an online tool to measure the impact of our training back in the workplace.

Do you offer any guarantees?

Yes… we are so confident that your people will find our training irresistible that we offer all our in-company clients a simple, no fuss guarantee. If 80% of the participants attending one of our 90 minute courses don’t rate it as either ‘good’ or ‘excellent’, then that training is free.

Can we buy your training courses to run ourselves in-house?

Yes… depending upon your needs, you may be able to purchase a licence for your organisation to deliver our 90 minute toolkit courses in-house. Our ‘Go live’ Virtual package enables organisations to purchase a license to deliver our 90 minute virtual courses in-house. Contact us to discuss your requirements…

Do you work overseas?

Yes… we work internationally and are happy to deliver training wherever you need it – the more exotic the location, the better really! We can also offer Virtual Training anywhere in the world.

How do you charge?

We offer a free initial consultation and proposal. Thereafter, our charges are dependent upon the specific nature of the work involved. This could be on a day rate basis for design and delivery work or alternatively, in stage payments for larger projects. To avoid any misunderstandings on either side, we prepare a costed service agreement for you to authorise prior to any work being completed.
