Our Trainers
We have an established team of over 25 specialist trainers located throughout the UK. Each brings a wealth of skills and expertise drawn from a wide range of experiences and sectors that adds tremendous value to the work we do with you.
All our trainers have first-hand knowledge of working at senior levels within the ‘real world’ and possess a number of years experience in training design and delivery. This grounding ensures we create practical solutions and talk in plain English.
All have verified professional qualifications, memberships across a variety of recognised professional institutes and provide updates on their continuous professional development (CPD) on an annual basis.
Our trainers are personally known to us and have successfully completed our rigorous assessment and selection process. Additionally, we undertake ongoing reviews to monitor the quality of their work from a range of sources including: evaluations, client and participant feedback, adaptability and response times.
