1. Service Agreement: To avoid any uncertainties by either party, Creativedge Training & Development Ltd will prepare a costed Service Agreement document relating to the work being requested. This document must be authorised by an appropriate person within the clients organisation prior to our commencement on any client work.
2. Design & Development Work: 50% of the anticipated fee will be invoiced on our engagement and the balance on completion of the work. Invoices are payable within 30 days from the Invoice date.
3. Training Courses: 100% invoiced on completion. Invoices are payable within 30 days of the Invoice date.
4. Cancellation fees: Creativedge Training & Development Ltd reserves the right to charge for client cancellation of scheduled work on the following basis:
- Within 14 days of commencement date: 100% of agreed fee - From 15 to 29 days prior to commencement date: 75% of agreed fee - From 30 to 44 days prior to commencement date: 50% of agreed fee - From 45 days prior to the commencement date: 0% of agreed fee - Plus all related expenses incurred at the time of cancellation.
5. We will work in a professional way with our clients giving constructive advice based on the knowledge made available to us. Our clients, however, remain responsible for their businesses. Accordingly, Creativedge Training & Development Ltd will not take responsibility for the decisions of its clients and will not be liable for the consequences of any decisions taken on its advice.
6. Creativedge Training & Development Ltd invests considerable effort in developing training and learning materials. All materials are the copyright of Creativedge Training & Development Ltd. The Client agrees by accepting our proposal of which these conditions always shall form a part, not to copy, lend, store electronically or sell any Creativedge Training & Development Ltd materials, without our prior written permission.
7. Creativedge Training & Development Ltd shall not incur any liability in respect of this assignment save for any direct loss suffered by the client as a result of the negligence of Creativedge Training & Development Ltd. In no circumstances shall Creativedge Training & Development Ltd be liable in respect of any loss, profit, and goodwill or for any special, indirect or consequential loss suffered by the client. The liability of Creativedge Training & Development Ltd under this assignment shall in no circumstance exceed the amount of fees actually received under this assignment.

Creativedge Training & Development Ltd cannot be held responsible for determining the usability or compatibility of any downloadable resource or file stored or displayed on the site. Any visitor downloading a file from our website does so entirely at their own risk.
