Measuring training impact

To reinforce evaluation and gain a robust measure of the impact of training back in the workplace, we have developed a great online evaluation tool.

• We create a fully-branded survey which poses specific questions related the training provided.
• Quick and easy to complete, the survey focuses on both quantitative and qualitative aspects.
• At an agreed timescale (e.g. 4-6 weeks post-training), the survey link is distributed via email to all participants (plus their line managers and other key stakeholders if required).
• The survey results provide valuable insights that go beyond the end of day feedback forms and examine the actions that participants took and the perceived impact of these.

We recently delivered a series of bespoke leadership courses for one of our clients and they opted to use the survey afterwards. The survey data they gained on the effectiveness of this training was so powerful that this evaluation report was used to substantiate their National Training Award entry.
