The holy grail? We all know how difficult it can be to nail down the return on training investment.
Difficult maybe, but not impossible.
No reputable training company’s website is complete without a mention of evaluation. Here’s ours.
We take evaluation seriously and as a minimum we ask all participants to complete an end of session/course feedback form. All our training incorporates a time slot, facilitated by our trainer, where participants reflect on their learning and more importantly, the specific actions they will take.
We proactively use this data to compile a summary report for you and also fuel the continuous improvement of our training.
To reinforce evaluation and gain a robust measure of the impact of training back in the workplace, we have developed a great online evaluation tool.
