Our highly responsive and customer-focused administration team work attentively behind the scenes to ensure a smooth process for all of our clients. As the ‘nerve centre’ of Creativedge operations, they efficiently coordinate everything from timely liaison with our clients and trainers to preparing our Virtual Classrooms, scheduling course dates, issuing CPD certificates and responding to learner requests.
We have built an impressive team of over 50 specialist trainers located throughout the EMEA and APJ regions. Each brings a wealth of skills and expertise drawn from a wide range of experiences and sectors that will add value to the work we do with you.
All our trainers have first-hand knowledge of working at senior levels within the ‘real world’ and possess a number of years’ experience in training design and delivery. This grounding ensures we create practical solutions and talk in plain English.
All have verified professional qualifications, memberships across a variety of recognised professional institutes and we monitor their CPD on a regular basis.
Our trainers are personally known to us and have successfully completed our rigorous assessment and selection process.
