Services Provided: Virtual Bite-Size Session, 90 Minute Toolkit Sessions
Creativedge commenced delivery of four, 90-minute, bite-size classroom-style sessions per day for CB&I. Sessions were attended by a variety of staff which included both managers and non-managers. The client is the most complete energy infrastructure focused company in the world, and a major provider of government services.
Creativedge was selected as a training provider because it met and delivered three key criteria:
- Experienced understanding of the ‘soft skills,’ required by staff in technical positions.
- The 90-minute bite-size training was seen as cost and time-effective.
- The training was highly interactive with immediately applicable tools, techniques and insights. As such, the 90 minute training sessions were relevant and targeted.
Feedback from our staff has been very encouraging following the first sessions delivered. The training really allows managers across all departments to raise their game by learning either new key skills to lead and manage their teams, or by building upon their existing skills. The chance for staff to role-play real-life situations in the workplace and discuss how best to handle them, is a great way of building a spirit of teamwork and collaboration.
98% of participants felt the training delivery style effectiveness fully or mostly met their needs.
