Services Provided: Licensing, 90 Minute Toolkit Sessions
As the long-term growth and development of staff is uppermost in Fujistu’s L&D strategy, so it was the fast-moving, interactive, and broad-based training skills delivered by Creativedge that initially persuaded Fujitsu to pilot a small number of 90-minute training sessions. Fujitsu subsequently purchased a large number of 90-minute training sessions through the Silver License package.
The Creativedge sessions gave Fujitsu staff a ‘blended’ approach to learning that was delivered both in-house and also by other external training programmes.
The 90-minute, bite-size management training sessions complement our current training initiatives but allow us to be far more innovative in creating truly ‘blended’ approaches to learning.
