Creativedge has worked with the Learning & Development Team at Gatwick Airport Ltd since October 2014.
The L&D Team at Gatwick Airport outlined its need for the design and delivery of a bespoke staff training programme associated with change and the communication of important change-related, company messages. Creativedge created and delivered a bespoke, four-hour session targeted at around 100 members of Gatwick staff comprising Business Managers and Operational Team Leaders to meet the company’s specific change-related brief.
When Creativedge came in to talk to us about a specific need we had and then facilitated a pilot session, it was clear that they really understood our challenges. A number of Creativedge trainers have worked with us to date and they’ve all been extremely adaptable and engaging.
