Creativedge has worked with Hanson since 2009.
In order to support Hanson’s ‘One Team,’ imitative Creativedge designed and delivered the ‘Leading in Challenging Times’ programme. This was created to enable Hanson staff to engage with each other nationally in order that they might collaborate on the delivery of solutions to support the company’s leadership and economic challenges.
We have been delighted with the programme design and training delivery from Creativedge both with the “Leading in Challenging Times” programme and the delivery of their bite-sized training sessions in the previous year.
212 Hanson managers (responsible for 1100 employees) completed the 21 programmes delivered nationwide.
99% of the participants rated this programme as meeting their expectations.
96% of the participants rated the programme overall as good or excellent.
The positive results were submitted by Hanson for the National Training Awards.
