Given the technical nature of engineering, itâs essential that Jacobsâ staff have the necessary âsoft skillsâ to complement their technical âhard skillsâ, especially when it comes to dealing with clients. As the majority of Jacobsâ staff also bill clients by the hour, bite-size training is time-efficient and focused, so allowing staff to work with as few interruptions as possible. Having worked with other companies in the engineering sector, Creativedge was aware from the outset of Jacobsâ specific training brief. As such, a combination of 90 minute bite size training and âLunch and Learnâ sessions were delivered, both of which meeting the training objectives.
