Jacobs is one of the world’s largest and most diverse providers of professional technical services.
Given the technical nature of engineering, it’s essential that Jacobs’ staff have the necessary ‘soft skills’ to complement their technical ‘hard skills’, especially when it comes to dealing with clients. As the majority of Jacobs’ staff also bill clients by the hour, bite-size training is time-efficient and focused, so allowing staff to work with as few interruptions as possible. Having worked with other companies in the engineering sector, Creativedge was aware from the outset of Jacobs’ specific training brief. As such, a combination of 90 minute bite size training and ‘Lunch and Learn’ sessions were delivered, both of which meeting the training objectives.
